Assassin’s Creed Syndicate hadn’t even launched when we first got word on the Jack the Ripper Campaign downloadable content. This expansion to the game provides the experience that any good downloadable content should: it takes what was good about the main game, throws in some interesting but new things and it doesn’t feel like they held back part of the main game just to make more money. My only disappointment with this additional content, other than providing just a handful of hours, is that it didn’t take on the approach to this classic tale that I had initially hoped.

Taking place 20 years after the events of the main game, the Jack the Ripper Campaign primarily has you playing as Evie Frye, the more sensible of the two Frye’s. The basic premise to her part of the story is her brother Jacob has gone missing, Jack the Ripper is on the loose seemingly targeting the Assassins and Whitechapel is generally in chaos.

The story has a different take on the typical approach to this much told murder mystery. Instead of portraying the possible suspects and providing accurate retelling of events, the game instead tries to capture the fear and chaos that surrounded the events. This carries over into the gameplay with a few nice additions to Evie’s previous loadout of gadgets and skills thanks to some time she spent training in India, hopefully a bit of a tease of a future setting.

Enemies now have different levels of fear. Once the highest level is reached the enemies will flee. Raising an enemies fear level can be done through a brutal assassination, using a fear bomb or by using spikes.

This fear system adds a much needed layer of depth to general combat creating a nice alternative way to take enemies down.

Outside of these changes though, the game does look and feel identical to the main content of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Having very much enjoyed the main game, I enjoyed having an excuse to continue playing the game.

While this downloadable content does primarily take place through the eyes of Evie, you do take control of Jack the Ripper a few of times, getting some insight into his insane murderous mind. Playing as Evie and Jack does feel indistinguishable though making the experience seem somewhat cheap.

The story itself is quite short spanning 10 Missions. Like the main game though, a fair portion of your time will be spent doing the side missions or more specifically associate activities. These associate activities are all in the vein of the liberation missions from the main game and range from hunting some of Jack’s lieutenants to shaming someone or abusing a prostitute.

The game takes place in just two districts from the main game, Whitechapel and the City of London. While this may seem small, it does fit in well with the size of the actual story. You do venture out from the main city a couple of time to undertake Missions which does provide for some more refreshing environments.

A few of the Missions involve going to one of Jack the Ripper’s murder sites and looking for clues and notes that he left you. These Missions strangely don’t give off any sort of the gripping mystery vibe from the Dreadful Crimes Missions in the main game. Given the setting, it seems a strange thing not to try and emulate or improve on. While I did have some disappointment about the direction, the story is enjoyable and does have a fitting ending.

The Jack the Ripper Campaign provides some additional playtime to those who have finished Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and are looking for an excuse to dive back in. The new fear based mechanics introduced provide for an improved combat system.

In the end I was left wanting more, a testimony to the improvements created in this downloadable content and how short the game was.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate propels Ubisoft’s flagship franchise from last year’s revolutionary Paris setting, across The Channel to London, England at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution. After the game’s initial release on new-gen consoles, it’s now out on PC. Shane the Gamer’s Darren Price checks it out.

Last year was a tough year for Ubisoft. Broken at launch, Assassin’s Creed Unity upset many fans. To be fair, the series was a victim of its own success, the pirate-themed, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag being a such a tough act to follow and its protagonist far too much fun for the comparatively dour Arno to successfully replace.

I was too busy with Assassin’s Creed Rogue, last year, to experience the launch issues faced by Unity. By the time I’d got to the game, it had been pretty much fixed. Save for some awkward changes to the game’s locomotion, changes that persist in Syndicate, I found Assassin’s Creed Unity very entertaining.

But on to the most recent Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and, more specifically, the recently released PC version.

I’m reviewing Assassin’s Creed Syndicate on a monster PC set-up. As with most PCs, it’s a bit of a coin toss as to whether recently released games will play well on it without a bit of tweaking. The review PC is an i7-based machine with a CPU running at 3.6Ghz, 32 GB of memory and two nVIDIA GTX980s powering three 1920×1080 monitors.To Ubisoft’s credit, the PC version of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate not only ran without a hitch, it was also very happy to use all three screens.

The setting of London, England, at the dawn of the industrial revolution marks the series’ first comparatively modern-day setting. Whilst we have come a long way since the Victorian England of one hundred years ago, this is no medieval setting, with manual labour and horse-power giving way to technological marvels like the stream locomotive.

Access to new technology has opened up new avenues for the Templars to use to exploit the arcane secrets of the pieces of Eden- ancientartefacts that have the ability to grant the welder unfathomable power.

Ticking the diversity boxes, Ubisoft allows players to take control of twin Assassin’s Jacob and Evie Fry as they attempt to remove the Templar scourge from old London town borough by borough.

Jacob’s cock-sure attitude makes him one of the least appealing protagonists in the series. Even Evie, who seems to have a more sensible head on her, lacks some of the charisma required of a leading lady.

The twins base of operations is a train that is continuously in motion. Its stops at stations, for reasons unknown, but continues, unabated, as it wormsits way around London. It also seems, curiously, to be the only train running on London’s vast rail network.

As the series puts the historical settings behind it, I can’t help but feel that it is losing its edge. Also, instead of a coherent experience we a getting a melting pot of ideas that could do with a lot more editorial guidance than the end result suggests that it got during development.

Just as they did with Paris, Victorian London has been expertly recreated for the game. Landmarks such as St. Paul’s Cathedral and the tower housing Big Ben at Palace of Westminster are immediately recognisable.The game’s graphical fidelity and the meticulous attention to detail that has gone into recreating London is impressive, but I didn’t really find it as exciting as my previous adventures in Renaissance Italy, Constantinople or in the New World. Perhaps, it’s because London is too familiar to me to feel as exotic as the other Assassin’s Creed settings.

Still, there is a breath-taking amount to detail in this digital representation of London. From the ornate streetlamps to the re-purposed cannon lining the streets as bollards, the city feels so real.

The lack of horses in Unity’s revolutionary Paris always puzzled me. Ubisoft’s 19th Century London is, as you’d expect, full of cart horses, carriages and horse-drawn omnibuses. The city is absolutely bustling, especially on the PC, with the populous visible right off into the distance, just going about their business.

The parkour element of the Assassin’s Creed games ceased to be a major gameplay element for me years ago. I found last year’s Paris a bit dull and often no more than an obstruction getting in the way of the mission objectives. Thankfully, Jacob and Evie both have a Batman-style grapple for quickly getting to the rooftops and for traversing from building to building. This makes the assassins’ rooftop antics much more interesting and exciting, as well as making getting from A to B a lot quicker.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate rolls out all Ubisoft’s familiar tropes that’ll have you climbing towers to unlock map features, defeating gang HQ’s to liberate areas and, of course, carrying out missions to propel the main story. Don’t get me wrong, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is a perfectly formed game, it’s just that it’s a game that we have seen many times before.

Curiously, for this entry, it’s actually less about the centuries-old Assassin’s verses the Templars and more about the Rooks verses the Blighters, two gangs waging a, sort of, proxy war on behalf of the former. It’s a bit odd to tell you the truth, further diluting a mythology that seems to be losing its edge with each game.

The PC version of Assassin’s Creed Syndicateis most definitely the definitive version of the game. Whilst I did have a couple of crashes to desktop during my review playthough, I lost nothing. The ease at which the game was able to cope with three monitors was pleasant surprise.

With 5880 x 1080 (bezel corrected) nVIDIA Surround, I’d say that I was running the game at 60 fps with some gorgeous looking visuals. At 1920 x 1080 I was getting the same, but able to add TXAA4 to the FXAA anti-aliasing solution and realistic PCSS shadows. With these settings you are getting graphics that you’d almost swear were a window into Victorian England.

Whilst Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is a bit of repeat of previous titles in series, the game’s visual fidelity – especially on PC, polish and classy presentation most definitely make the game shine. The protagonists still exist in the shadow of Black Flag’s Edward Kenway, but that shouldn’t be surprising.

Still, the story works and is a definite improvement on last year’s Unity.  But it’s really the richly detailed re-creation of the City of London that is the true star of the game, which is absolutely breath-taking on PC.

Gollancz, an imprint of the Orion Publishing Group, with Liber Primus Games, indie developer and creator of gamebook series Narborion Saga, recently released their joint project – an addictive cross platform multiplayer gamebook, the first of its kind, set in the world of award-winning novelist and Crysis 2 and Syndicate writer Richard Morgan’s Sword and Sorcery trilogy A Land Fit for Heroes.

Since the beginning of November this grim fantasy title, which represents the first book in the trilogy, is available on the Play Store for Android devices, App Store for iPhone, iPad, iTouch and Amazon for Kindle Fire. In another first for the gamebook format players will get to choose not only the acts but the sexual orientation of their chosen character, a facet which reflects the diverse character traits and personal choices made by characters in the novels.

Given the colossal failure that preceded it – the universally panned, and widely unfinished Assassins Creed: Unity – AC: Syndicate had a lot of pressure on it to not be a borderline, unplayable mess, and to restore the franchise to the lofty world of 4 star reviews that it was in it’s glory days.

Luckily, AC: Syndicate is more than up for the challenge, delivering a game that is better fleshed out, more streamlined and logical and noticeably less buggy than it’s predecessor. It’s by no means the perfect AC game (that award, in my mind, still stays with the masterpiece that was Black Flag) but it’s an excellent romp nevertheless.

Syndicate sees you playing as not one, but two assassins from the eponymous group of shadowy killers – the Frye Twins, Evie and Jacob. You switch between these two characters at will, and although they fundamentally run using the exact same control scheme and sets of abiltiies, we’re told that Jacob is better for combat and Evie is more inclined for stealth. I’ve seen little in the way of explaining this, but hey. Sure.

This fits in nicely with the twins personalities and goals – Evie is set on finding the one of the mysterious Pieces of Eden that have littered the timeline of the game, and she goes about this in a very organised and meticulous way.

Jacob, on the other hand, is closer to the standard mould for an Assassin in this franchise – aloof, jovial and humorous. His goal is to wrestle control of London away from the villainous megalomaniac Starrick, and he intends to do so by assembling a gang of citizens called The Rooks. Often this goals don’t completely line up, so you’ll find yourself bouncing between missions playing as either twin, trying to get to the bottom of their particular mystery at any given time.

The game takes little time to establish the plot – the long and short of it is that the twins are working for the Assassin’s Brotherhood somewhere outside of London, and get tired of waiting for a chance to take down the bad guys controlling the city. Against the advice of their leader, they sneak off to do just that. The writing of these characters is perhaps the weakest element of the game – especially Jacob, who’s attempt at being a jovial, cockney scamp come across as forced, cheesy and borderline obnoxious.

The gameplay mechanics in this iteration of AC are more of the same – a pretty much exact handover from AC Unity.

There’s nothing wrong with this, mind you. 99 times out of 100 these control schemes work really well, and on the rare off chance they fail, it’s usually human error. The addition of the ‘free run up’ and ‘free run down’ settings can be a bit tiresome at times. I can see why these were added, but I also can’t recall a time before they were introduced where I ever felt I needed to specify what direction I wanted to travel in.

There’s a great new addition of the rope launcher; a wrist mounted grappling hook that Evie and Jacob use to get around London a bit faster, shooting up buildings and making ziplines to travel back and forth between high and low points. This is a great addition and really speeds up the free roaming aspect of the game, and allows for a bit more control when attacking certain challenges.

Syndicate looks pretty damn good too. Perhaps not as good as Unity, oddly enough, but this is potentially because Paris is a much prettier city than grubby old London. But the moody tones of a city by gaslight, mixed with the smoke plumes of barges running up the Thames (a particular highlight) and the sounds of horses clopping along the cobblestones all work together stupendously.

With a lot to do around the edges of the main story missions, and a fair simpler, less cluttered currency system, AC Syndicate is a real joy to play and leaps and bounds ahead of the last AC outing.

If you’re a fan of the franchise, spurned by previous titles, this is a good place to leap back in. If you’re a newbie, this is one you’ll really enjoy.

My third and final day of E3 2015 had me checking out some of the biggest and most interesting games coming out including Halo 5, Metal Gear Solid V, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, The Division and Until Dawn.

First up was Sony’s very unique upcoming Horror title Until Dawn which is due for release June 26th 2015 on PS4. The game plays like an interactive movie with a heavy focus on choices.

I came away somewhat impressed with the intense atmosphere and how the game changes based on my choices. You can read my full preview of the game HERE.

Next up on the list was the upcoming 2015 free-to-play third-person shooter multiplayer for PS4, Drawn to Death. The game is in development by The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency, which is the new studio of the director of both God of War and Twisted Metal, David Jaffe.

The art style of the game replicates quite well with what a adolescent would draw in his notebook during class. In the Level that I played, the sky was actually a bunch of notes the fictional child wrote in class.

While I had some fun with the unique weapons and characters in the game, it probably is a good thing that it is free-to-play as I would find it hard to justify forking out money for.

My final demo with Sony was Media Molecule’s upcoming platformer PS4 game Tearaway Unfolded which is due for release on the 8th of September 2015. The game feels very much in the same vein as Media Molecule’s most famous series, Little Big Planet.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to get much time with the game however it did seem aimed at a younger audience.

From one big publisher to the next, I then ventured over to Microsoft to get a presentation on one of 2015’s biggest titles, Halo 5: Guardians.

This year’s entry is shaping up to feature the most dramatic shift in the series yet. Everything from the Campaign to the gameplay has taken a different direction. The Campaign is now a squad based adventure rather than Master Chiefs lonely one man war against all of humanities enemies.

Aiming down the sight, reviving teammates, special Spartan abilities and issuing commands among other changes are all integrated into the game looking to freshen up the gameplay. The game also boasts a new multiplayer mode which takes multiple different modes and integrates it into a fun and chaotic experience.

My next game preview was for another huge 2015 title, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. While I have never got around to playing the previous entries in the series but I look to change that this year. I unfortunately can’t give too many details on the demo but what I got to see however I can say I was very impressed by what I saw.

The game features a large amount of tactical options, good-humoured gameplay features and what looks to be an overall very fun experience. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain launches September the 1st 2015 on PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One with a PC release on September the 15th and it is definitely a game you should check out.

From here, I had an appointment with Ubisoft to check out a couple of their upcoming games.

Being somewhat of an Assassin’s Creed fan, I was keen to check out Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. Unlike many other titles I played that day, I wasn’t hugely blown away by what I played. One of the big new features this year is the rope launcher which makes things a bit smoother and easier.

The rope launcher can be used to quickly ascend buildings or get to another building by being used like a zip-line. Outside of that, the game plays like most other Assassin’s Creed games which I have to admit is feeling kind of stale now.

The game launches on October 23rd 2015 for those longing for their next Assassin’s Creed fix.

Up next on the Ubisoft booth list was Tom Clancy’s The Division which is due for release March the 8th 2016 on new generation console.

I unfortunately wasn’t given a presentation of the game, rather I was thrown into gameplay with three other people. The game seemed to rely on playing with sensible people who work together, something which is probably more suited to playing with friends rather than random people online.

Together with my newly found comrades, we managed to work together quite well and take down enemies and secure points as a team. The section of the game I played was fun and if you are into third-person shooters, this game should definitely be on your radar. There wasn’t anything about what I played that really hooked me, but the overall game still managed to feel very solid.

Finally on my schedule was an upcoming 2016 Windows 10 and Xbox One free-to-play team-based game by Motiga called Gigantic.

The game was quite unlike anything I have played before, featuring two teams of 5 with the objective of taking down the opponent’s Guardian. Having played the game a couple of days before, I was somewhat keen to learn more about it.

Each player selects one of a wide variety of heroes. There was a wide variety of heroes to choose from with a large variety of playstyles. The developers stated that there is a hero for everyone, something that certainly ring true from what I saw.

Once the game starts, things begin to get chaotic. In order to hurt your opponent’s Guardian you must first power up your own. While I was unsure exactly how this powering up works, it seemed to predominately revolve around getting kills. Once your Guardian attacks theirs, a wound opens up on their Guardian which players can start attacking. On the map there are various points which each team can take by summoning a creature to guard the area.

From both the presentation and the brief match I played, which I completely failed, the game managed to grab my attention and I cannot wait to see more. One aspect of the game I loved was the very colourful art style and great character designs. The developers stated that they are planning on supporting cross-play with PC although it seemed that this was subject to change based on how it goes in practice.

This years E3 managed to be the most exciting in recent memory. I was fortunate enough to get time with many of the biggest titles coming up.

From a demo with Hololens to some hands on with some of the coolest upcoming games like Halo 5 and No Man’s Sky, this year’s E3 for me was exciting and certainly an experience I won’t forget.

I started my last day at E3 2015 with a remake that I have wanted for a very long time, Ratchet and Clank.

While I was aware that this was more of a reboot of the original, I still wasn’t sure how much they might change things up. Picking up game and having a play though really gave me better idea of what Insomniac are trying to do with this remake.

The game while having a familiar feel felt new and even reinvented with new weapons and some classic old ones. Newer game mechanics like strafe was available and the environments were all new while still capturing the essence of the old. The game was still recognisably the original Ratchet and Clank game but with a new feel and direction.

I was told they have remade everything from character models to cut scenes and they have modified this reboot to closer tie in with the up-coming Ratchet and Clank Movie due for release next year.

Suffice to say I was impressed with what was shown and I can’t wait to get my hands on the game when in releases on PS4 next year.

Running down to the Xbox booth I soon found myself having a personal non-playable demo of Crystal Dynamics’ Rise of the Tomb Raider. While the initial footage looked more like a few well shown set pieces, this showed greater gameplay and some of the mechanics.

Off the bat it looks amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the first and this seems to capture the same magic the first one had me feeling. I will definitely be going through the demo in a bit more depth very soon.

I didn’t mean to play Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate but it was kind of there and so I figured what the hell.

It does look better than Assassin’s Creed: Unity but even in the short gameplay I had there were some issues. Maybe it’s just me but I managed to find a few bugs/break the scene on show. Climbing and traversing the city of London and especially assassinating felt more natural and fluent but this didn’t last too long as when parkouring around the place I soon found myself getting frustrated with some aspects.

There was a scene where I was supposed to jump on a horse and carriage and chase down a certain enemy. First time round I managed to get pulled off the cart by local law enforcement and was unable to finish as I was stuck in combat with a rather large unhappy lot of policemen. My second attempt had me accidently running ahead of the pursued enemy jumping on her cart before she got to it, only realising after, and then being unable to actually attack her while policemen attacked both me and her.

My last attempt had me making it closer to the destination but still getting pulled off, I was told just to run the last 100m, which I did and finally made it to the ending scene of the demo.

It may just be I have the unfortunate skill of accidently breaking these kind of things as I also managed to find all the bugs and issues in Assassin’s Creed: Unity when I played that one too. I do however actually have higher hopes for Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and I hope they will have all the bugs and glitches ironed out come release day.

Uncharted 4 being one of the biggest Sony titles on show I managed to get a more personal run through of the gameplay demo. The game once again looks great with detailed textures and environments. The demo I sat through didn’t go too much further than what was in the Sony conference but it was very action packed with poor Nathan Drake copping all manner of brutality.

Can’t say personally I’m looking forward to this title but it does look good and may even get me back into the series since I haven’t touched once since the first game.

ID@Xbox had me sit down with the creator and developer of Beyond Eyes, Sherida Halatoe.

The game is based on a young girl, Rae, who lost her sight in an accident and has been afraid of the world ever since but one day Rae loses her best friend, a little cat called Nani. With this she takes courage to explore the world in order to find Nani. The game’s art style is that of a watercolour painting and is very beautiful with the soft water colour pallet setting off the environment perfectly.

Rae slowly visualises the world around her based on both her sense and memories of what things making a particular sound looks like. She might imagine a fountain on hearing running water but on closer inspection it is in fact a pipe drain. It is entirely up to if you wish to clarify all the objects in your surroundings.

This game looked beautiful and eloquent and had a sweet story to it as well. I really don’t think I’d mind forking out the few to finish this game to find out if Rae is finally reunited with her kitty.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was the last thing I got to see at E3 and while not a big fan of the series it did have fun and interesting gameplay to show. This instalment is set two years after Deus Ex: Human Revolution and during that time augmented (half human half robotic) have become feared and reviled.

The hero Adam Jenson is part of antiterrorist task force. Playing as him you apparently uncover all level of conspiracy. Doing so you have a decent arsenal of weapons and abilities to take on the enemy of numerous ways. The Levels are apparently large and allow numerous ways to traverse them along with many options in taking down the enemy from your super stealth to the gung hoe approach each allowing different use of the arsenal on hand.

I admit it did look interesting and the amount of unique abilities and items seemed to allow for a more unique experience from the FPS genre. This was just a showcase but I hope the whole game manages to stick to the ideals of the demo.

And finally, on my last day at E3 2015 I also managed to get very brief glimpse of Vicarious Visions Skylanders: SuperChargers.

This game is based on a growing collection of toys and using these toys and a portal of sorts, the toys come to life within the game. Each toy has is an individual character and element to the game. Things like gold and upgrades are saved to it.

This new chapter encompassed a somewhat new idea to the series. Vehicles play a much bigger role.

There is sky, land and sea vehicles all of which come as actual toys. These along with the character(s) need to be placed on the portal. Skylanders: SuperChargers plays similar to that of its predecessors and like them, all previous toys will be usable in the new game. While my time with the game was brief, I certainly have enjoyed previous instalments and am pretty sure I would enjoy this one just as much.

I have to say E3 this year was truly one for the record books. There was an astounding amount of great games and announcements with me not knowing which way to go as I simply wanted to play everything. I will say my highlight was definitely the personal experience with the HoloLens. It was truly spectacular.

From a game perspective it really is hard to pick a favourite. Being a huge Ratchet and Clank fan I can say I was quite impressed with what they had to show for the reboot so far but there was just so much I was genuinely impressed with.

Rise of the Tomb Raider and Horizon were two stand outs for me. They both looked amazing and like a lot of fun to play.

Ubisoft has announced Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: The Tour, a unique interactive experience that will allow players to step into the universe of the franchise’s next opus, as well as offering the world’s first ever hands-on with the game.

Events will take place in Sydney from June 17th to June 19th, 2015, in Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Stockholm and London, from June 16th to June 18th, and Moscow in July 2015.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: The Tour will allow players to experience the game as if they were at E3 2015, accessing the same hands-on demo as displayed on the show floor. Ubisoft has told us that Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the newest installment in the blockbuster Assassin’s Creed franchise, will be available worldwide on October 23rd for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Windows PC version will be available Spring 2015.

Developed by Ubisoft Quebec in collaboration with nine other Ubisoft studios, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is an epic single player experience set in London during the height of the Industrial Revolution, an incredible age of invention that transforms the lives of millions.

During this time, the gap between the poor and the rich expands exponentially, making workers’ lives little more than legalised slavery.

The lower classes fight for survival by forming a new kind of family, gangs, and adapting to life in the underworld. Players will embody both Jacob Frye and Evie Frye, twin Assassins raised to follow the Creed.

Jacob, a determined, hot-headed and rebellious leader of an underground gang, is vastly different than his sister Evie, a master of stealth and control. Together, Jacob and Evie team up to challenge rivals, plutocrats and Templars alike to free the masses from poverty and corruption, and ultimately wrestle back control of London.

In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, players explore the largest, most modern open-world city yet created in an Assassin’s Creed game. The fighting is more brutal than ever, as players combat rival gangs and grow their sphere of influence throughout London using new weapons, including brass knuckles, a kukri knife, a revolver and the Assassin’s gauntlet.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate also includes innovative navigation and transportation throughout the open world, including a rope launcher for scaling tall Victorian buildings, zip-lining from rooftop to rooftop or performing aerial assassinations, and horse-drawn carriages and high-speed trains for free-running, tracking down enemies or escaping after daring raids.

“The ability to lead an underground gang, commandeer any vehicle on hand and use modern tools to take on an expansive and fast-paced Victorian London sets this game apart,” said Marc-Alexis Côté, creative director, Ubisoft. “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate has been in development for more than two years and this new modern take on the living open world will please Assassin’s Creed fans and newcomers alike.”
