FaZe Clan are reportedly turning to former ENCE rifler Ryan “Neityu” Aubry as a stand-in to cover for Finn “karrigan” Andersen, who is on his way out of the roster and expected to sign with Falcons. The report, first shared by French insider Guillaume “neL” Rathier, suggests Neityu will slot into the lineup for the next few weeks, with Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken taking over in-game leading duties in the meantime.

According to neL, Neityu is expected to play for FaZe “in the next weeks,” which points directly at BLAST Rivals Season 1 from 29 April to 3 May, and IEM Atlanta from 11 to 17 May. Both events are being held in the United States, meaning FaZe need a stable five-man roster locked in well before they board their flights.

The stand-in arrangement is being framed as temporary rather than a permanent signing, with Twistzz reportedly picking up the in-game leader role while Neityu focuses on his rifling. It is not yet clear whether Twistzz will keep the IGL responsibilities beyond these two tournaments or whether FaZe are lining up a more permanent solution in the background.

Who Neityu Is And Why He Was Available

Neityu is a 20-year-old French player who made the jump from MOUZ NXT to tier-one CS in October 2024 when he joined ENCE. He was a key contributor during the Finnish side’s title run at Elisa Masters Espoo, which remains one of the more memorable underdog runs of that year.

His availability comes down to timing. ENCE benched their entire international roster on 11 March 2026 when the organisation pivoted to building a homegrown Finnish lineup. That decision left Neityu on the market, and in a stand-in scenario where FaZe need someone who can step in quickly and play at a tier-one level, he fits the brief.

There is also a familiar face waiting for him at FaZe. Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn was announced as FaZe’s new head coach on Thursday, and the two previously worked together at MOUZ NXT. That existing relationship could make the transition considerably smoother than the average stand-in situation.
