Multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band Imagine Dragons will release their fourth studio album, entitled Origins, on November 9th 2018 via KIDinaKORNER / Interscope Records. Those who pre-order will receive instant downloads of two Origins tracks: the band’s current single “Natural,” and “Zero,” from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming film Ralph Breaks The Internet.Origins can be purchased in a variety of formats and bundles.

Origins was conceived as a sister album to Evolve, continuing its predecessor’s sonic explorations. “It’s about seeking new ground but also appreciating your root,” says lead vocalist Dan Reynolds, whose band mates include guitarist Wayne Sermon, bassist Ben McKee, and drummer Daniel Platzman. “When we create, we create with no boundaries, no rules. We find it thrilling to make music that feels different and new to us.”

Imagine Dragons joined forces with producers Joel Little (Lorde, Khalid), Mattman & Robin (Selena Gomez, Carly Rae Jepsen), and John Hill (Florence + the Machine) to sculpt the kaleidoscopic and kinetically charged sound of Origins. With the band artfully blending rock, hip-hop, pop, and folk, the album is etched in inventive textures that never distract from an essential element of Imagine Dragons: lyrics that speak to a sometimes-painful self-awareness, but ultimately uplift and inspire.

Origins will be released 16 months after Imagine Dragons’ previous album Evolve, which was nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album and included hit singles “Thunder”, “Whatever It Takes” and “Believer”.

Today multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning band IMAGINE DRAGONS release a brand-new song entitled “Natural” via KIDinaKORNER /  Interscope Records. The band will perform the song on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this Thursday, July 19th 2018.

“Natural” has been chosen as the anthem of this year’s ESPN college football season.

“Living in a dog-eat-dog world can bring out the worst in you, and sometimes, the best,” says the band’s singer Dan Reynolds. “It would be a lie to tell you I haven’t become somewhat skeptical about some things in the last decade of my life. However, I believe that when you truly learn to love yourself, the judging eyes and hateful words become meaningless. ‘Natural’ is about finding yourself and being willing and able to stand up to whatever adversity comes your way.”

Imagine Dragons’ third studio album, Evolve, has been certified gold since its June 2017 release, spawning three platinum plus hits in ‘Whatever It Takes’, ‘Believer’ and ‘Thunder’. Evolve has spent 55 weeks on the ARIA Albums chart, where it currently sits at No. 30. The album is also 12th in the world on Spotify with over 36 million monthly listeners.

Imagine Dragons are currently out on the road for the second leg of their Evolve World Tour.

An extended length music video (above) for Imagine Dragons’ latest song “Next To Me” (KIDinaKORNER / Interscope Records) which is available now.

Directed by Mark Pellington (U2, Pearl Jam) and filmed in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

“The film is a complex and slightly surreal fable about forgiveness and redemption. It is a story of a man, and a projection of one fantasy colliding with the dark realities of fate. It asks, can a person who has made a terrible mistake ever be forgiven by their loved one or even by themselves,” says Pellington. “It is an ambitious music film, taking the traditional music video and breaking it apart, pushing it into film territory. I wanted to create something new, a narrative piece that was thematically complex and musical and I knew it needed to be longer.”

Vocalist Dan Reynolds added, “I wrote this song about the strains of the relationships in my own life and the beauty of enduring love.  After late night conversations with Mark Pellington about life and his passion behind his vision for the film, we knew we wanted to take the journey with him.”

Imagine Dragons will be touring throughout Australia in May 2018.
