This partnership with EA SPORTS sees Turtle Beach as the official headset brand of the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series, and further roots Turtle Beach’s continued growth in the competitive gaming space.

The EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series is a global ecosystem featuring more competitors and more tournaments than ever before and will culminate with the first-ever FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 Grand Final – the pinnacle of the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series.

Electronic Arts Inc. has announced its bringing football’s biggest tournament to EA SPORTS FIFA 18, giving players a 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia free content update.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup update will deliver a complete and official tournament experience through official FIFA World Cup elements, including authentic teams, stadiums, kits, badges, Official Match Ball and the Official Winner’s Trophy. Fans can download the update beginning May 29th, 2018 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia update lets players choose one of 32 qualified nations to live out their FIFA World Cup dream and write their own history from the group stage to the final in Moscow in Online Friendlies and Online Tournament modes. Dive into Custom Tournament mode to select any licensed national team in FIFA 18 to create a unique tournament draw with non-qualified nations, including Italy, Chile, USA, among others. Additionally, experience the authentic stadium atmospheres in a quick Kick-Off experience, either solo or with friends.

Today, Electronic Arts Inc. revealed the first feature details of EA Sports FIFA 18 on the Nintendo Switch console at E3 2017. The game delivers an authentic and immersive football experience, allowing fans to play the world’s game anytime, anywhere.

This new edition brings the modes fans know and love, including FIFA Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Kick Off and Local Seasons, making it the deepest portable game ever to be introduced by EA SPORTS FIFA. Ultimate Team fans will get to participate in beloved features like Squad Building Challenges, Online and Offline Seasons, Tournaments, and Draft. Players will enjoy live campaigns connected to the narrative of the football season, the Transfer Market, and more Ultimate Team features that will be revealed very soon.

Electronic Arts Inc. announced to us today that “Live @ EA PLAY” will provide new looks and deep dives into its biggest games, new reveals and more. “Live @ EA PLAY” will also showcase the first live multiplayer match for Star Wars Battlefront called “Assault on Theed”. The match will utilize a prequel-era map and feature 40 of the biggest YouTube influencers in the world.

EA PLAY 2017 is one of the biggest pop culture events of the summer. At the heart of EA PLAY is the FanFest, which will house more than 150 hands-on gaming stations. Here fans will be some of the first to play EA’s newest lineup of games.

On Saturday night, the multi-platinum Grammy-nominated rapper Nas will headline a live performance with DJ Green Lantern and rapper Dave East. On Sunday, players will have a chance to get an autograph or take a selfie with NFL legend Barry Sanders. On Monday, from noon to 5pm PST, fans who play Star Wars Battlefront II and win their round will compete to win a free trip to Gamescom 2017 in Cologne, Germany and have a special experience with the Star Wars Battlefront II team.

The FanFest is powered by the world’s most robust gaming systems including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, Nintendo Switch, and PCs powered by Intel.
