Having won three GRAMMY and six BRIT awards, Dua Lipa releases ‘Training Season’ – the second single from her upcoming album, out later this year.

Speaking of the track, Dua shares, “I had been on a string of bad dates, and the last one was the final straw. The next morning I arrived to the studio to Caroline and Tobias asking me how it all went and I immediately declared ‘TRAINING SEASON IS OVER,’ and like the best ‘day after’ debriefs with your mates, we had a lot of laughs and it all quickly came together from there.”

Directed by Vincent Haycock, the “Training Season” video opens with Dua’s voicemail being flooded with apologetic messages and second chance requests. As the song continues, Dua sits alone while she’s surrounded by men vying for her attention as the room begins to spin into chaos. “Training Season” was written by Lipa, along with Caroline Ailin, Danny L. Harle, Tobias Jesso Jr., and Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, and was produced by Parker and Harle.

Earlier this month, Dua kicked off the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards with an electric medley performance of “Training Season,” “Dance The Night,” and “Houdini,” which you can watch here. Dua will return to the stage at the BRIT Awards on March 2nd, where she’s nominated for three awards including Artist of the Year, Best Pop Act, and Song of the Year for “Dance The Night.”

Dua Lipa has made a huge announcement this week, details of her new song ‘Houdini’.

The return is the follow up to her smash single ‘Dance The Night’ from Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster ‘Barbie’ movie.

Dua Lipa has been leaving a trail of breadcrumbs on social media for fans to piece together. On October 31st 2023, the following numbers flash onscreen: 4 8 9 9 14 15 21 —  the numbers hinting to read the name Houdini.

Then we see Dua Lipa putting a golden key in her mouth, one of Houdini’s escape methods was to receive the handcuff key in his mouth from his wife, who passed it along as they kissed.

Releasing on November 10th 2023, the single ‘Houdini’ is almost here.

Global Pop Superstar Dua Lipa has today announced the news that fans have been waiting for – her ‘Future Nostalgia’ Tour will be touching down, down under in November 2022.

The tour will commence at Brisbane’s BEC on November 5th, followed by Qudos Bank Arena Sydney on November 8th, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on November 11th, Adelaide’s AEC Arena on November 14th and concluding at Perth’s RAC Arena on November 16th, as well as New Zealand tour dates.

One of the world’s biggest artists right now, with a swag of hit singles, top selling albums, international awards and accolades to her name, Dua Lipa represents the true definition of a modern day phenomenon – singer, songwriter, performer, style creative and philanthropist.

British / Kosovan singer-songwriter Dua Lipa has collaborated with Jaguar to make music in a completely new way.

Using Jaguar’s custom-made software, she created an exclusive remix of her latest track, ‘Want To’ and empowered fans all over the world to create personalised remixes using their own data – from the way they drive, the songs they listen to, or by tapping a rhythm on a mobile.

Over a million different remixes are possible, with multiple tempos and versions based on a range of music genres from hip-hop and dance, to orchestral, pop music and drum and bass.

The track has already become the most remixed song in history following its launch at an exclusive gig at Sugar City in Amsterdam, where music fans and stars from across Europe, including supermodel Doutzen Kroes and actress Alix Benezech, drove the all-electric I-PACE to create their own versions.

To create her own remix of ‘Want To’, Dua Lipa drove the Jaguar I-PACE, and her style of driving was captured by the car’s intelligent sensors. From the amount of electrical energy consumed, to the way Dua Lipa accelerated and braked, the data captured was used to influence the track; from the tempo to the arrangement and the overall feel.

The Dua Lipa x Jaguar version of ‘Want To’ appears on the album ‘Dua Lipa The Complete Collection’, released this Friday, 7 September 2018.
