The king of all Uncharted moments for me was the cargo plane sequence over the desert in Uncharted 3. Jaw was squarely on the floor playing that part.

My favourite Uncharted moment was the cargo plane stowaway sequence in Drake’s Deception. I was literally on the edge of my seat, leaning forward when I played that chapter.

My best Uncharted moment was at the end of the first game, where a Tomb Raider like game suddenly turns very, very supernatural. I love Uncharted. I’ve played all three others. I so need to win this 😀
